His full name is Aubrey Drake Graham.His father is African American and his mother is Caucasian/Canadian. The mom was  Ashkenazi Jewish. Drake was raised through his mom's faith.  Born and raised in Toronto, Canada.He moved from Toronto to pursue his rap career. He studied in an acting school called, “Young People's Theater”.  Drake as a young man, appeared in many commercials and over the years rose to play “Jimmy Brooks”, a character in Degrassi: The Next Generation. In 2006, drake launched his music career by releasing his first mixtape, “Room for Improvement”.  Three years later his third mixtape, “So Far Gone”, gave him a lot of commercial success. The following year his official debut album was released, “ Thank Me Later”.Aubrey Drake Graham has established himself as a multi-talented young canadian.
