Reflection: This quote states that it is best if you sound and do good then be popular. Concentrate all our influence. In my opinion I think this quote means influence those around you which makes you sound good. Rather than unpopular which is unsound.  You need to be heard from. It is good to choose the right. That's why a ctr person is sound and good.
