An example of Dean Smith obeying this quote was when they were going to name a whole stadium under his name but he rather name it something else because he think he doesn't deserve it. Which shows a lot of humbleness. Another person would have just taken the news of have a stadium under his or her name. If you were given the choice to do what is right or leave a legacy you should follow the example of Dean Smith and do what is right.
